Wellington Regional Counselling Service
We also continue to offer counselling for all ages in the Wellington Region: Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington City. We use Skylight's Centre or private offices in these areas, and we also visit schools and colleges in the region, on request, to offer support counselling to students and/or staff there.We are also available, on request, to go to any location in New Zealand to provide specialist counselling and post trauma support.
Counselling Service in the Wairarapa
Great news! Skylight is now offering its specialist counselling support services, for all ages, in the Wairarapa. Skylight thanks the South Wairarapa Safer Community Council in Carterton for providing space for this important service. Counselling Service in Auckland
Skylight continues to provide its counselling services in the Central Auckland area (Greenlane). Our Auckland counsellor, works from The Parenting Place, which is centrally located in Greenlane and has good parking.

Our counselling team offers:
1. Individual and Family counselling
We offer one to one, small group or family counselling for those who have had tough life situations to deal with. We use a range of approaches to assist children, teens and adults find ways to work though what has happened in their lives and to move forward.
2. Group Support Programmes
A wide range is offered in the Wellington Region.
